We have arrived without drama in Prague and as I ventured out to pick up my delightful niece Oakleigh who joins us on this leg from her exchange in Austria, the ever resourceful Linda researched eating establishments. As we all had early starts and some of us had not eaten, we were starving and very anticipatory.
Linda found the highly rated Restaurace Hua Long Zhai close by and we all agreed dumplings and other stuff would be a grand idea. After ordering 3 types of dumplings, we attempted to also order some noodles and a delicious looking eggplant dish. We were met with something akin to this from the lady serving us...

After agreeing with gusto among ourselves that all of the dumplings in Prague were delicious, we were met with these fine tips back at the apartment.

It’s Kate’s fault for getting me excited about nonexistent dumplings very early in the trip. These were sensational.
